Hotel Construction

Reliance Construction Company is a national hotel renovation company. Our management staff and sub contractor base is accustomed to working within operating hotels as we are very sensitive to guest impact. What makes Reliance unique is our diversity within the hospitality arena. Typically, owners find themselves having to hire multiple general contractors should their project scope entail a room, common area, public space and restaurant renovation. With Reliance, our background covers all scopes so in essence, we are a one stop shop.

As with our hotel clients, we offer the same services to our restaurant and entertainment clients who look to Reliance for accurate budgets and schedules which will give them direction as to whether or not to pursue a deal.
